Much like any goal that is worth pursuing, learning more about you, and becoming more of yourself is worth pursuing. I became a therapist to help guide others to their ultimate goals. Your goals may be to connect with your family, your significant other, to overcome an addiction, or to find guidance in a time in your life that you may need support. I believe therapy is a way to find you. I would love to be the map that guides your journey. Together we will navigate your path, identify struggles, overcome hurdles, and re-evaluate your values and goals.
