As an individual, couples, and family therapist, I take a strengths based approach—utilizing and cultivating your strengths while helping you to better understand yourself and/or relationships. I help you to attain whatever goal you would like to reach while maintaining a sense of authenticity and connection. Our work together might include cognitive or behavioral approaches, narrative therapy (learning about yourself through telling your own story), and/ or creating deeper and more meaningful connection to yourself and others. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages.
